Refund and Returns Policy.
At Swell Sports, we take pride in the “Export Quality” of our gym wear and tracksuits. Since we manufacture our products in our own factory, we stand behind every stitch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Period
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
- Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all Swell Sports or Black Hawk tags still attached.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear or base layers.
- Items bought during a “Clearance Sale” or “Flash Sale.”
- Custom-made or specially altered tracksuits.
4. Exchange Process (Size or Color)
If your T-shirt, trouser, or gym wear does not fit correctly:

- Once approved, you will need to send the item back to our facility in : street no 3 ,gulshan-e-farooq colony hameed pura Lahore Pakistan.
- After we inspect the item, we will ship the new size/color to you.
- Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent by us.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The product has a manufacturing defect (damaged fabric, faulty stitching).
- The item you ordered is out of stock.
How you will receive your refund:
- Bank Transfer: Refunded directly to your bank account within 3-5 working days after the return is received.
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Available for faster processing.
- Store Credit: You can choose to receive a voucher code for your next purchase.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, Swell Sports will give all shipping costs to replace it. Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to our team immediately upon delivery.
